Out of a total of 0835 candidates shortlisted in the document verification list, 1578 candidates were absent and 19257 candidates were present.
Out of the 19257 candidates who appeared in the document verification, a total of 13 candidates have been disqualified. So the marks of remaining 19244 candidates are declared herewith.
Out of this total 10459 candidates are provisionally selected and total 8785 candidates are not selected.
Among the candidates included in this list, the certificates of the candidates who have produced the NCC certificate have been sent for verification and all the certificates of those candidates have been marked as valid. After verification of certificates by NCC department, the marks awarded to candidates whose certificates are found to be invalid will be canceled at the time of final shortlisting.
Document Verification Roll No. 20008176 Verification of sports certificate of the candidate is pending, in their case marks have not been given yet. If the certificate verification is done then their marks will be included in the final merit list.
Among the SC, ST, SEBC candidates who have submitted evidence in support of their benefit of this category during document verification, that evidence is considered valid and they are given the benefit of the category. According to the resolution of the Government of Gujarat THE GUJARAT SCHEDULED CASTES, SCHEDULED TRIBES AND OTHER BACKWARD CLASSES (REGULATION OF ISSUANCE AND VERIFICATION OF CASTE CERTIFICATES) ACT, 2018, in the caste certificate of the SC/ST/SEBC candidates, in the case of SC and SEBC candidates, the Department of Social Justice and Prosecution and ST candidates. In this case, verification has to be done through tribal department. The final shortlist will be issued after the decision of the concerned department to consider these certificates as valid or invalid as to whether they are entitled to the benefit of that category.
If any defect is found in this list, the candidate can apply in person along with the required aghar proof at the Recruitment Board Office - Bungalow No.G-1R, Opposite Sarita Udyan, Sector-09, Ganghinagar on 11.10.2018. Application made otherwise will not be entertained.
The applicant will be included in the final shortlist after making a proper decision after considering the merits of the applicant.
This is only a provisional list. There shall be no right to claim any right to the stock on the basis of this stock list.
Any candidate deemed eligible due to mechanical, clerical or any other error during the recruitment process despite being disqualified, if selected, is liable to be canceled at any stage.
General Administration Department of the Government dated 22.01.2018 Notification No.GS/2018-(2)-RES-1085-3433-G2 in paragraph no.7 states to relax the eligibility criteria and select the ex-servicemen candidates in a manner that does not affect the performance. Keeping in view the instructions, provisional selection list has been prepared by giving 20% more relaxation to ex-serviceman candidates in the cut-off of category-wise non-ex-serviceman candidates.
In preparing this provisional list, if any two candidates have equal marks, then the candidate who is older has been given first preference.
In case of two candidates having same marks and date of birth, first priority is given to the candidate who has higher height.
In case of two candidates having same total marks, date of birth and height, the candidate with higher HSC marks is given first choice.
