Dempo Vishwa Gramshala is a frontier CSR initiative of the Vasantrao Dempo Education and Research Foundation which adopts rural Goan Schools in an intensive, holistic sense for a tenure of 3 years. The programme is in the middle of its first year of the pilot. The Dempo Foundation plans on expanding the programme upon the completion of the second year. At present, Programme Administration is small, challenging and broadly defined. The Programme Manager works directly beneath the Director and above one Field Representative.
